This is a poster I created on the topic of deforestation. The idea behind the design was to make a game out of the tragic events that our forests are enduring due to our actions. Pacman's job is to eat up as many forests as it can, gaining as many points as possible. After a while, there will be no more trees left to eat up. This is the sad truth, and if we do not stop our actions, ew will continue to hit new records of deforestation.
The years 2016 and 2017 were especially devastating for the world's tropical forests as dry, hot weather led to widespread fires that, along with activities like clear cutting for agriculture, resulted in record levels of forest destruction.
